Charming and welcoming accommodation right in the centre, alongside the historic zone with its monuments and sights, as well as the shopping area. Located in the famous Rúa Mayor, home to numerous bars and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Salamanca cuisine.
They are also at a strategic point close to such emblematic Salamanca sights as the main square, the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, the Clerecía building, the Casa de las Conchas, the University, etc.
Right in the heart of the old city of Salamanca, our suites are laid out on the second floor of a stately building, constructed at the end of the 19th century, under the stylistic influence of ART NOUVEAU, contemporary with other emblematic buildings in this city, such as the Casa Lis and the central market.
RÚA SUITES BOUTIQUE is formed by 3 VUT with different rooms:
- VUT 1, registration number 37/376 JCYL: Includes Rua Deluxe Suite and Muralla Superior Room.
- VUT 2, registration number 37/377 JCYL: Includes the stays Grand Luxury Suite, Suite Clerecía and Loft Dominicos
- VUT 3, registration number 37/378 JCYL: Includes Deluxe Anaya Suite, Junior Suite and Loft San Sebastian
Recently refurbished, our suites contain all the taste of that bygone era, combined with all the comforts that their modern facilities provide. With our recently finished refurbishment, you'll able to appreciate the architectural features of this Modernist style that we have taken care to maintain, such as the great height of the ceilings, the cornices and the original mouldings, authentic French pine floors over a hundred years old (now not in use), as well as the large and small cement floor tiles in the kitchens and bathrooms.
The décor is also in harmony with this style, and there is a nod to the past with an interior comprising Roca crystal lamps and lamps from La Granja, mirrors and chandeliers laden with the essence of the age, along with wardrobes and chests of drawers redolent of old times, mixed in at the same time with sofas and armchairs of more current design. But the balance is always kept between the old and the modern.
